The Entry & Transition
The entry acts as a vital transition from the city to the sanctuary. Featuring bespoke custom cabinetry, textured wallpaper, and a marble console, it creates an elevated first impression. This space was engineered to offer the storage and presence typically found in a full-scale house, tailored for an apartment footprint.

The Living Sanctuary
The open-plan living area was curated for the busy professional, prioritizing comfort and acoustic cohesion. Featuring curved upholstered furniture, olive velvet occasional chairs, and light timber accents, the result is a calm, inviting space. The palette reflects a modern Australian luxury aesthetic, remaining timeless while maximizing the home's airy, elevated position.

Bespoke Dining & Entertaining
The dining space continues this sense of flow, with tan leather dining chairs paired with a minimalist timber table. The seamless connection to the high-specification kitchen creates a functional zone for entertaining, mirroring the hospitality-focused lifestyle of our professional clientele.

The Elevated Terrace
The balcony has been designed as a true outdoor lounge, maximizing the city views. Layered with comfortable seating and weather-resilient natural textures, it offers a private retreat suited to both morning quietude and evening entertaining.
