After receiving your enquiry through our website, we schedule a complimentary phone call to get an understanding of what you are wanting to achieve and a feel for whether we are a good fit for your project.
project initiation
During this 90 minute initial consultation, we will discuss the brief, scope of work and budget. We will also take documentation of the space, including photos and measurements. This in-home meeting provides an opportunity for us to get to know you, your style, and your design requirements. We will observe how you live in your home and who lives there, in order to make it a more functional and personalised space for you.
project quotation
With the information gathered from our site visit, we are able to evaluate how many hours it will take for us to produce a concept for you. Within 24hours of our meeting we will send you a fee proposal outlining the scope of work proposed and the costs. When you are happy to proceed, we start working on your project.
DESIGN CONCEPT DEVELOPMENt
We get to work drawing up your space in CAD to ensure flow and function. Depending on the project, we create a layout that best suits your needs. We make selections for furniture, finishes, textiles, colour palettes, and custom pieces.
Following this creative process, we present your tailormade concept with an electronic presentation and material samples for you to touch and feel. This is an opportunity to make adjustments to ensure your dream design is met.
DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION
Once your design concept is finalised and signed-off, we make it happen! We work closely with all our suppliers and coordinate our trades to ensure a smooth, stress-free process for you from start to installation.

This service is ideal for someone that wants help with designing, decorating and organising their space from start to finish. We will plan out your space from furniture selections through to accessories.

Do you have great ideas and want to do most of the design work yourself but would love to spend a day with a designer to make sure you are on track with your design decisions? ‘Designer For A Day’ may be the perfect package for you! We start the day in our showroom going over your plans and ideas and offer suggestions for how you can best achieve what you are after. We provide lunch, coffee and treats, whilst we have a fun day adjusting the design of your dream home to make it best suit you and your needs! We can head out to showrooms to look at tile selections, bathroom ware, furniture or any other area of your home that you are wanting to work on. We will send through a list of questions for you to answer prior to our day so that you get the most out of this package. The great thing about this option is that you will see results by the end of the day and won’t need to wait around to get things progressing!
